RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days after the product has been delivered to the address specified in the purchase. The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. If the product arrives damaged, you can contact us to make a return or exchange.

Please return the items to the address indicated on the return form ( download it here in Spanish ) ( download it here in English ) . Fill out the form and send the completed document to the email info.love.i.amor@gmail.com and wait for confirmation to return it. DO NOT SEND THE PACKAGE BEFORE RECEIVING CONFIRMATION BY MAIL. Please note that we cannot process returns without proper information. If you cannot download the document, please write to us at info.love.i.amor@gmail.com or fill out the contact form.

Please remember that all returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging to be accepted. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, therefore we can only refund the price of the product.

Please note that returned items are the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, so please be sure to package them properly to avoid damage during shipping.

Since the package remains your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you obtain proof of arrival in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

If you have multiple returns, you can ship them in a single box as long as you include the correct return forms for each order. Let's take care of the environment!
