General
When are you going to have new stock?
Every time we make a new release, a purchase can be made. The time between drops will depend on the support the brand receives. We hope to release every 1-2 months for the first year.
Why can't I ship to Mexico?
Yes, it can be sent to Mexico, you simply have to go to the official LOVE|AMOR MÉXICO website: mx.loveiamor.com
Can I buy from another country other than Mexico or the United States?
No, we are working to make this possible in the second drop.
I have entered my address/telephone/email incorrectly during the purchase, what should I do?
If you have realized that you have filled out any information incorrectly, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us. Write to us as soon as possible to the email (info.love.i.amor@gmail.com) or fill out the contact form with your incident ( here ) to notify us. If the package has already left the factory there will be no way to change the address .

I received my package open or broken. What I can do?
If you receive your package in any of these conditions and want to return it, please go to the “ Returns ” page and follow the steps to make the return.

What types of payments do we accept?
We accept visa, mastercard, american express, discovery cards, as well as Paypal.
How do I subscribe to emails (VIP LOVE|AMOR LIST) or unsubscribe?
To subscribe to the VIP LOVE|AMOR LIST simply go to the bottom of the main page or click on the link ( here ).
To unsubscribe, at the bottom you can find a link to unsubscribe (unsubscribe) from the LIST.
Is it free to get on the VIP LIST?
Correct, it is free to enter the LOVE|AMOR VIP list. You will not be charged anything.

Shipping
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Due to the Pre-order method we use, the product will take 3 weeks to manufacture, 1 week to assemble and another week to ship. In total we estimate that your product will take between 4 and 6 weeks to arrive after the last day of Pre-order.
If your purchase is not a pre-sale, the package will arrive between 2-7 days depending on the type of shipping (express, standard,...) you have chosen.
Where is my package?/How can I track my package?
During a pre-order, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the product is in the hands of the parcel. It may take 3 or 4 weeks for your mail to arrive so we ask for your patience. In the meantime we will keep you updated during the manufacturing of the product.
If the product is not purchased in pre-order, at the time of purchase an automatic confirmation email with the tracking number is sent to you. If you can't find it please check "spam".
Where can I find the Tracking Number?
In the Pre-order, your tracking number will be sent to you by email when the product arrives at the parcel. We estimate it may be around 3-4 weeks.
